Following Frank's passing, his family established the Schnider Family Legacy Fund, with the fund's income supporting the Edgewater Recreation Society to continue the rink's upkeep. Frank's Rink is a covered outdoor recreation space that creates opportunities for gathering and physical activity right in Edgewater - rain or shine.
