John has been a resident of Sonoma Valley since 1990. He is a native Californian. His business career took him to New York, the Far East and several cities around the United States.
John has been a member of the Sonoma Plaza Kiwanis Club since 1991 and its Scholarship Chairman since 1994. He has been the Director of the Sonoma Valley Cuisine Society since 1996, a founding Director of the Sonoma Valley Mentoring Alliance and was business manager of the Sonoma Valley Crisis Line. He has also served on various Ad-Hoc committees for the Sonoma Valley Hospital and the Sonoma Community Center.
He manages and owns industrial real estate properties along the 101 corridor. He is a graduate of UCLA, University of San Francisco and the University of California Berkeley.
Susan has been a resident of Sonoma Valley since 1986. Before becoming a full-time mother, she worked in marketing for Xerox Corporation and Eastman Kodak. She served in various volunteer organizations in San Francisco before moving to Glen Ellen full-time in 2000. She has been actively involved on the Plein Air Board for several years. She is a graduate of Vassar College.
Harriet has been a resident of Sonoma Valley since 1998. She retired from Pacific Bell as Area VP External Affairs, based in Sacramento. Her professional background includes experience in the areas of public affairs, local and regional government relations, strategic planning and marketing.
Harriet was a board member of the Sonoma Valley Museum of Art from 1998-2006 and served as Board President in 2004-05. She is now a member of the museum's Advisory Council. She currently serves on the Distribution Committee of Community Foundation Sonoma County and as a community advisor to the Women's Heath & Welfare Task Force.
In other communities she has served on numerous boards and advisory councils of cultural, human services, education, civic and business organizations. She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and the University of San Francisco.

Whitney has been a resident of Sonoma Valley since 1991. He is retired. From 1962 to 1975 he worked for the Diamond Shamrock Corp., from 1976 to 1989 was founder and President, National Health Watch, a health care consulting firm, and from 1990 to 1996 was founder and President, The Harmony Group, a fundraising consulting group. From 1980 to 2006 he was a Member, Board of Directors and Chair Investment Committee, Invacare Corp., a $1.5 billion home health care equipment provider. He chairs the Endowment Committee of the Boys & Girls Club Valley of the Moon and co-chairs the Special Olympics Council Sonoma Valley.
Tom has been a resident of Sonoma Valley since 1974. He is a lawyer, graduate of Hastings College of Law and is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law. He is currently on the board of the Sonoma City Opera and is a member of the Professional Advisory Group of Community Foundation Sonoma County. He is an advisor/volunteer for FISH, Vintage House Senior Center, and the Sonoma Valley Visitors Bureau.
He has been on the boards of the following: Sonoma Valley Chamber of Commerce; Sonoma Community Center; United Way of Sonoma, Mendocino, Lake; Sonoma State Historic Park Association; Sonoma Valley Library Advisory Board; City of Sonoma Parks and Recreation Commission; and General Vallejo Memorial Association. He and his wife, Antoinette Kuhry have two grown sons.
Martha has been a resident of Sonoma Valley since 1989. She has served for six years on the Sonoma Valley Art Museum Board and as its President in 2005-06 and as a Community Advisor to the Women's Health and Welfare Task Force of the Sonoma Valley Hospital. She is on the Advisory Board of La Luz and the proud grandmother of eleven grandchildren.
While living in Salt Lake City she served on the Board of Planned Parenthood and was President for three years, and worked in real estate for ten years . In addition, she chaired the President's Task Force for Planned Parenthood Federation of America, served on its Nominating Committee and on the Board of Directors of the Guadalupe Center for Early Education. Martha is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin.
David has been a resident of Sonoma and Marin Counties since 1981. His primary career was in the shipping industry where he created a new US Flag Cruise Line, American Hawaii Cruises, and served as its President. In 1985 he purchased a small alarm company and grew it into one of the largest privately-owned electronic security companies in California before selling the organization in 1998.
He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Nelson Family of Companies in Sonoma and on the Board of Advisors of the Chesterfield Group in Marin. He has served on the Boards of The Sonoma Ecology Center, Bread and Roses, Hospice Foundation, Casa de Angeles, and Seeds of Learning. David holds an International Relations degree from McGill University in Montreal, Canada and is married with 2 children and 2 (and counting) grandsons.
Jeff has lived in Sonoma Valley with his wife, Valerie, since 1977. They have two sons. He has been practicing law for 32 years and is currently the City Attorney for the cities of Cotati, Corte Madera, Novato and Martinez.
He has served on the boards of a number of nonprofit organizations and is currently on the board of directors of the Sonoma Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Sonoma Valley Mentoring Alliance. He is a member of the Sonoma Plaza Kiwanis Club. He is a past president of the Sonoma County Bar Association and served as the chair and member of the Sonoma County Planning Commission.
